Introduction -

Under ujjwala 2.0 scheme the government will distribute gas connections poor along with a free refill and a stove.PMUY 2.0 is only for females who belong below the poverty line. Now sitting at home, you can get the free connection of gas. Even migrant workers can get free gas connection under PM Ujjwala Yojana 2.0, PM Ujjwala Scheme 2021 is strictly for those women who fall under BPL.

Eligibility Criteria of Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Scheme-

  • This scheme is only open for women of any BPL household.

  • The women who is willing to apply must have attained the age of 18 years.

  • Household of female should not have already a gas connection from OMC.

Required Documents to fill the form -

  • BPL Certificate from panchayat or municipality

  • Address proof

  • KYC

  • Ration Card

  • Aadhar Card

  • Bank Account Number and IFSC

  • One recent pass port size photograph

Application form process -

Individuals just need to download Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala 2.0 Scheme Application form 2021 from the official web portal. After that, they need to fill it and attach copies of the documents list given below. Soon after you submit the pmuy.gov.in application you will get an SMS alert about the submission. The information will be cross-checked. To every gas connection company in the country, you can avail of free gas connection under PMUY 2.0 apply online www.pmuy.gov.in.

  • You need to open portal named as pmuy.gov.in

  • On the home page you will find the link

  • Tap on the link and you will find online form.

  • Now add the details one by one and step by step.

  • After filling, attach all the documents.

  • Submit it. For e-KYC You can simply find a nearest CSC and fill your Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Online Form 2021.

  • Complete the e-kyc submission process as per instructions occurs.

Use of biometric device -

  • Switch on the device.

  • Open the required software on the computer.

  • Capture the required Biometrics of the beneficiary by pressing thumb/any finger on the fingerprint scanner and capturing the scanner.

  • The required scan is captured and appears on the computer screen.

  • Rename the file accordingly so it can be found later.

  • proceed for e-Kyc completion as per given process.
